The location of this cottage is excellent, with the beach, train station, shops, and cafes all within walking distance. the cottage itself is comfortable and clean, with all appliances and equipment in good working order. the host was very helpful and communicative, quickly resolving any issues that arose. the nearby station carpark provides convenient parking options.
The cottage had a slight damp smell upon entering, but this was quickly remedied with air fresheners.

our recent stay in teignmouth was even better than last time. fully equipped devon 2br cottage was a delightful surprise. the central location made exploring easy, and the host's quick response to the hot water issue ensured a comfortable stay. we were grateful for the compensation and excellent communication.
Heating instructions were missing.

The location was super central and easy to get back to from most areas of town. The host was mind-blowingly helpful and quickly sorted out a hot water issue, keeping us informed along the way. They even compensated us for the inconvenience. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and appeared freshly painted. Plus, the beach, train station, and all the amenities were just a short walk away. a jaw-droppingly positive experience!

Great location, close to the beach and amenities. Comfortable and clean cottage. Communications with host were excellent. Had a lovely break!
It was so much fun trying to figure out how to manage the radiators without any instructions. Good luck staying warm!

We stayed at a lovely, fully equipped cottage in Teignmouth for a short holiday. The location was great, with easy access to the town center and public transportation. The host was extremely helpful when we had an issue with the hot water, quickly fixing it and keeping us informed throughout the process. The cottage itself was comfortable and clean, with a great shower and all the appliances we needed for our self-catering stay. The nearby seafront, shops, pubs, and restaurants were all within walking distance, making our stay even more enjoyable. a positive experience with excellent communication!
Totally recommend this hotel.

The airport was conveniently located, making it easy to get to my destination. The Teignmouth Town Beach was just a hop, skip, and a jump away, perfect for lazy days in the sun. And let's not forget the excitement of the Newton Abbot Racecourse, a guaranteed adrenaline rush!
Such a shame that there wasn't a strong enough smell of damp to linger throughout my stay. I do love that musty odor.

As a tourist, I loved the fully equipped cottage with all appliances and clean surroundings. Conveniently located near the train station and affordable parking nearby. Comfortable beds and great communication with the host.

The convenience of the nearest airport being just 29 km away made it an ideal choice for a quick stopover. The cottage itself was well-equipped, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, allowing me to cook my own meals and save some extra money. the living area was spacious and provided a cozy atmosphere to relax after a long day of travel.
Although my stay at the Fully Equipped Devon 2Br Cottage was generally pleasant, there were a few minor inconveniences. upon entering the cottage, I noticed a damp smell which lingered throughout my stay.
